Funky Brine Dressing
Ingredients
- • ½ cup cashews, soaked 2 hours, drained
- • ½ cup brine from fermented vegetables
- • ½ cup olive oil
- • 2 Tbsp kombucha vinegar/apple cider vinegar
- • 2 garlic cloves
- • Water to thin, if needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except oil, to blender and puree until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil slowly to emulsify. Add water, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Adjust seasoning and acidity level – salinity and sourness of ferments can vary.
